A road into a village in Angus has reopened, and a man has been arrested following a major police operation. Drumsturdy Road, from the Kellas Road junction to the Ethiebeaton/Forbes junction, which leads into Kingennie, was closed by police around 11.50am on Wednesday. A 50-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Forfar Sheriff Court on Thursday.
