T-Mobile had a major outage on July 27 and now some customers are having success in getting $20 and even more off their bills for the inconvenience. The outage hit at about 4 pm ET and service was restored by 11:30 pm ET. One customer received $80 ($20 upfront and $10 per month for the next six months) after telling T-Mobile that they missed out on a work opportunity because of it.
