Thanks to a £900,000 investment, Ipswich County Library in Northgate Street is set for a renovation on both floors giving the Grade-II listed building a new lease of life. Krystal Vittles, head of library service at Suffolk Community Libraries, said: "I am delighted that our funding bid has been successful. "Ipswich County Library is already one of our most popular libraries, this funding will allow us to make it even more accessible to existing users and enticing to those who haven't discovered the library yet.
