The incident took place at 12.30pm in Cornhill in Ipswich on Tuesday, July 28. The victim had taken money from a cash machine on Tavern Street and placed it into his rucksack before cycling away. Two men approached and offered to help clean what was believed to be a culinary sauce from his shirt using tissues.
