News Investigators/ The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says every success recorded on highways depended largely on the knowledge, attitude, competence and professionalism of its Marshals. The FRSC Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, said this at the opening of a two-day capacity building for Marshals and Route Marshals in Zone 5 comprising Edo, Delta and Anambra sector commands. “Repositioning marshals for effective service delivery must therefore begin with a repositioning of our mindset, attitude and approach to duty. “The true FRSC marshal must be firm without being oppressive, courteous without compromising enforcement, and compassionate without sacrificing professionalism. In his remarks, the Zonal Commanding Officer (ZCO) in charge of the zone, ACM Cyril Mathew, commended the corps marshal for yet another feat.
