Mumbai: The makers of Ranbir Kapoor’s much-awaited film ‘Ramayana’ have chosen an unusual time to unveil its first trailer. Scheduled for release at 4:15 AM on July 30, the launch coincides with Brahma Muhurat, an auspicious period in Hindu tradition believed to be ideal for spiritual pursuits, prayer and new beginnings. ADVERTISEMENTInforming fans about the trailer launch, producer Namit Malhotra took to social media and wrote, “At the Auspicious Brahma Muhurat, We Welcome the Dawn of Ramayana with our Trailer On 30th July 2026 At 4:15 AM IST Worldwide.” Brahma Muhurat is a highly auspicious period in Hindu tradition that falls before sunrise. The word ‘Brahma’ is associated with divine consciousness, wisdom and creation, while Muhurat refers to a favourable or auspicious time.
