Hello All - The AC stopped working and an awful burning smell was coming in through the vents. I pulled over and the AC clutch was smoking!! I took off the serpentine belt and the clutch wasn't entirely seized up, could still spin, but was catching a little bit. Is it worth it to try and replace the AC clutch or should I bypass the clutch with the serpentine belt? Is there a way to tell if the clutch and bearing is shot versus the entire AC compressor? Thanks!
