i picked up an aftermarket bumper and after hours of labor removing the old stock bumper and installing the new, i went to close the tailgate and admire my work when...bonk. i find the spare doesn't clear the bumper and i cant close the tailgate. i pulled the spare and called it a night but what the heck! tires are 33" the notch in the bumper measures the same as the stock. any thoughts? there is no adjustment in the bumper location and i want to keep my rear mounted spare. has anyone had... aftermarket bumper VS tire clearance
