Investing.com -- Shares of Vinci SA (EPA:SGEF) jumped more than 5% on Thursday, a day after the French infrastructure and construction group reported first-half profit and free cash flow that beat analyst estimates, and confirmed guidance for free cash flow of up to €6 billion in 2026.
Free cash flow turned positive at €264 million, compared with €46 million a year earlier and far ahead of a Bernstein estimate of a €85 million outflow.
Growth was led by Energy Solutions, where revenue rose 6.8% to €14.6 billion and EBITDA margin improved 30 basis points to 9.6%.
Vinci confirmed unchanged guidance for 2026, projecting further growth in revenue and earnings alongside free cash flow of up to €6 billion, above the Visible Alpha consensus of €5.92 billion.
