The average second hand home listing in Fermanagh & Omagh has jumped by 10.3% in a year, data from PropertyPal suggests.
Parts of Tyrone, Fermanagh and south Derry have recorded the sharpest rise in house prices over the past year, new analysis suggests.

Significantly, PropertyPal said the 6,546 listed properties available to purchase in Q2 2026 was 9% down year-on-year.
The pace of price rises in Fermanagh & Omagh meanwhile saw it overtake Derry City & Strabane district, where prices averaged £219,162 in Q2 2026.
