Based on the EQP-1A, the new EQDeluxe promises to deliver huge-sounding low end and “retro studio charm”, and as you might expect, has been optimised to work with guitar and bass signals. An inductor-based mid band makes it possible to boost a range of carefully chosen midrange frequencies (0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.4, 3.6 and 5 kHz), while a high-frequency cut band offers a shelving cut at 5, 10 or 20 kHz.
