Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark is officially at risk of an automatic one-game suspension should she receive another technical foul. Clark was assessed the foul following an on-court argument with the Connecticut Sun's Saniya Rivers on July 22. WNBA players and coaches are automatically suspended for one game without pay after receiving their eighth technical foul of the season. Should Clark face a suspension, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston would be tasked with leading the team in her absence. Clark is currently tied with the Atlanta Dream's Angel Reese for the most technical fouls in the WNBA this season.
