Authorities have imposed a temporary swimming ban at Helikon Beach in Keszthely after routine water quality testing found the latest sample did not meet the required standards. Other Keszthely beaches remain safeThe municipality stressed that the issue is limited to Helikon Beach. The city’s other two beaches, Keszthely City Beach and Libás Beach, continue to have excellent water quality, and swimming there remains completely safe. New water quality tests will be carried out at Helikon Beach in the coming days. The beach will reopen as soon as health authorities confirm that the water once again complies with safety standards.
