Thornbury Town Council hosted the Meet Your Councillor session on Saturday, July 25 between 10am and 12.30pm, as part of its efforts to connect with both new and long-standing residents across the town. The event offered an opportunity for people to ask questions, share ideas and learn more about council services, projects and upcoming events. Councillors said it was also a valuable chance to hear directly from residents about their experiences of living in Thornbury. The council said it plans to hold more outreach sessions following the success of the event. Monthly Meet Your Councillor drop-in sessions are also held at Thornbury Town Hall.
