Coworth Park in Ascot, part of the Dorchester Collection and located on the edge of Windsor Great Park, has brought back its TIDE al fresco dining experience for the summer season and unveiled the new Coworth Park Creamery. Adam Smith, executive chef at Coworth Park, said: "TIDE is all about capturing the atmosphere and generosity of summer at Coworth Park. "We’re also very excited to introduce The Creamery, which is playful and full of summer joy. Set on the terrace overlooking Coworth Park’s wildflower meadow, TIDE offers an elegant outdoor setting for long summer lunches. The Creamery will operate from 12pm to 6pm, Friday to Sunday, from July 3 and through the summer.
