The Lidl car park has 50 spaces and currently allows people to stay for two hours for free. “As such, the car park management plan seeks to reduce the car parkstay from 2 hours to 60 minutes. “Given the small sales area and trends of Lidl customers, this will be more than sufficient. “This will then limit the abuse of the car park and ensure that Lidl customers can access the car park and shop more easily. “Lidl has recently had examples of businesses using its car park to park all day whilst carrying out work on nearby properties.
