LuuMorgan Stanley Investment Management announced on July 28 the launch of two new exchange-traded products, Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust (NYSE Arca: MSSE) and Morgan Stanley Solana Trust (NYSE Arca: MSOL), which seek to track the performance of ether and SOL, the native digital assets of the Ethereum and Solana blockchain networks. Ally Wallace, Global Head of ETFs for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, said, “Since introducing our first ETFs in 2023, we've built a diversified suite of ETFs and ETPs that now exceed $14 billion in assets under management. According to the announcement, Morgan Stanley will not retain any portion of these rewards for itself. Amy Oldenburg, Head of Digital Asset Strategy at Morgan Stanley, said, "Digital assets are becoming an increasingly important component of diversified investment portfolios. Morgan Stanley Investment Management employs over 1,300 investment professionals globally with $2 trillion in assets under management or supervision as of June 30.
