Park Rapids Enterprise | Park Rapids, Minnesota
The truck belongs to a company called Backyard Butchers, a "pop-up" meat vendor that travels from city to city in the U.S. to sell their goods.
According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website (www.bbb.org/us/tx/san-antonio/profile/meat-retail/backyard-butchers-0825-1000189936/complaints), Backyard Butchers is not a BBB-accredited company, and holds an “F” rating from BBB.
Many complaints on the BBB allege the ribeyes are very thin and have a disappointing taste or texture.
A Backyard Butchers employee said customers can “absolutely” walk away with just the 20 ribeyes for $39.
