The co-owners of Holly Christina Photography are now facing criminal charges in connection with an alleged breach of a wedding photography contract. The warrants allege Holly Christina Photography closed before the wedding took place and that the money was never refunded. The charges mark the first known criminal case filed against the former business owners following complaints from multiple couples who told WRAL they lost thousands of dollars after Holly Christina Photography abruptly ceased operations. North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson also filed a lawsuit in February against Holly Christina Photography. Several couples told WRAL News they are still waiting.
