Shepparton police said the vehicle, which is missing a rear bumper and does not have registration plates attached, was spotted multiple times being driven erratically on Wednesday, July 29. Police observed the vehicle travelling at “a fast rate of speed”, heading north on Wyndham St at about 9pm. “It went through multiple red lights with no intention to stop,” police said.
