Three children and a man who were last seen in Kern County were found briefly after the California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert across Southern California on Wednesday. The children, ages 4, 8 and 10, were reportedly last seen near East Coso Avenue and East Las Flores Avenue in Ridgecrest at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the agency. WATCH HERE WATCH HEREThe alert was issued on behalf of the Ridgecrest Police Department just before 3:30 p.m. and went out to those in Kern, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, Imperial and San Luis Obispo counties. It's still unclear what relationship, if any, the man has with the children. More details about what prompted the alert, where the children and man were found and their conditions were not released.
