An application to licence Unit 10 Ryedale Court, in The Village, Haxby, to serve food and alcoholic drinks as part of its transformation into a new café and restaurant. Applicants 99 Seats Ltd stated the café would serve hot and cold food during the day and the venue would operate as a restaurant with a full menu in the evening. It would open from 9am to 11pm daily and be licensed to serve alcohol from 11am if City of York Council approves its application. Plans for the café and restaurant are among the latest licensing applications lodged with the council.
