The sessions aim to support those preparing for results day and the university clearing process. Matthew Taylor, director of admissions at York St John University, said: "Our webinars for applicants and their parents and supporters are a really important part of the service that we offer. The first webinar, What to Expect on Results Day for Prospective Students, will take place on Tuesday, August 4, from 4pm to 4.30pm. On results day itself, Thursday, August 13, York St John will open its Clearing Call Centre from 8am to 7pm to provide dedicated advice and support.
