York Art Gallery's Making Waves: The Art of Japanese Woodblock Print exhibition will remain open for two extra days in August.
The gallery is also hosting a variety of craft activities based on the exhibition throughout August.

York Art Gallery's collection spans more than 600 years, featuring 14th-century Italian panels, 17th-century Dutch masterpieces, Victorian narrative paintings, and 20th-century works by LS Lowry and David Hockney.
The gallery also boasts the most extensive collection of British Studio Ceramics, thanks to the acquisition of collections from Dean Milner–White.
