What we know:The suspected hit-and-run vehicle, a 2019 Dodge Hellcat, was found by police on Broadway and Oak Avenue in Upper Darby Township around 5 p.m. Tuesday. A balloon release to honor the life of Taliya Nesmith, 29, will be held Friday, July 31 at 8:00 p.m. on South 73rd Elmwood Avenue.
