Authorities in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, are asking for the public's help to find a missing man. Police said Wednesday that they're looking for 60-year-old Raymond Oswald, who is missing from Dartmouth. WATCH HERE WATCH HEREOswald is described as being about 5'9 brown and grey hair, blue eyes and an average build.
