Fiery crash on Route 50 in Prince George's County causes major backups for hours

All lanes are back open on westbound Route 50 in Prince George's County, Maryland, hours after a multivehicle crash and fire that led to major backups for most of Wednesday.
Traffic cameras showed cars were slowly getting by the crash scene just before 2 p.m. Crews were still working in the westbound lane at that time.
That person is in critical condition, Prince George's County Fire and EMS said.

Photos and video show the bright green truck cab crashed into the barrier separating the westbound lanes from the eastbound side.
