£5.9bn of the £8.4bn will go to BAE Systems and £2.5bn to the wider supply chain.

Barrow remains at the heart of Britain's submarine-building capability, with BAE Systems' shipyard leading construction of the new fleet.
Those roles include engineers, welders, designers, project managers and apprentices working across the submarine programme and wider defence nuclear sector.
It follows significant expansion at BAE Systems' Barrow shipyard, where productivity has increased by around 40 per cent over the past three years and approximately 1,800 additional roles have been created.
