Sri Lankan leadership development and coaching company Smart Quest has expanded into the Maldives, marking its first overseas venture as the company celebrates 20 years in operation. Founded in Colombo in 2006, Smart Quest was among the early organisations to introduce professional coaching and skills development in Sri Lanka.
