Many parts of the Capital Region were affected by flooding on Wednesday, July 29. ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Heavy rain across the Capital Region flooded roads, swamped properties and led to at least one building collapse. NewsChannel 13 was sent many photographs and video of flooding through the region. Near Van Huesen Road on Muitzeskill Road in Schodack, a homeowner used a Jeep to pull another vehicle through high water.
