Developed by Sky Equity Group, 65 Franklin Street broke ground in April and is now starting to rise at the corner of Franklin Street and Broadway. The corner of Franklin Street and Broadway had been vacant for years. Following a 2025 restructuring and recapitalization, Sky Equity became the project’s sole developer. Located at Franklin Street and Broadway more than a century ago, the garden provided a place of respite for New Yorkers.
