Leyton Gale, of Monmouth Road, but currently living at an address in Bournemouth, was in the dock before Somerset Magistrates. He was charged that on August 16 last year he was the owner of a dog of an unknown breed, which was dangerously out of control and injured Tony John Sangiovanni. The court at Yeovil was told that Gale was living a very chaotic lifestyle with drug and mental health issues and was currently living in a dry house in Bournemouth. No pleas were entered and the case was adjourned until August 17 for further information to be gathered in the case. In the meantime he was granted unconditional bail.
