WARREN -- Trumbull County Commissioners during their Wednesday meeting approved using $1,955,000 in Trumbull Senior Levy funding to provide services to the county's senior residents. Direction Home of Eastern Ohio in Youngstown was awarded $135,000 per year to provide ombudsman services for seniors. Antonine Sisters Adult Day Care Inc. of North Jackson was awarded $150,000 per year for Adult DayCare and Adult DayCare Transportation. The agreement will be paid for with funds from the Trumbull County Engineer's Office. It will be funded through the sub-recipient grant agreement between Trumbull County and the Western Reserve Port Authority using Ohio Department of Development All Ohio Future Funds.
