Two officers responded to the area, and they had a brief visual on Link before losing him on a second-floor walkway. The report states Link looked out a window, and officers ordered him to exit the room and come downstairs, which he said he would do. The report states officers set a perimeter until additional support arrived on scene, and Youngstown police used a drone to track Link, but he couldn't be found. He said one firefighter was injured and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment. The Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
