A Hanover resident is facing multiple charges, including impaired operation, after police received several complaints about their driving in Kincardine. According to a South Bruce OPP news release, officers responded to a motor vehicle being operated erratically on Highway 9 around 7:30 p.m. on July 28. Under the Highway Traffic Act, the driver is charged with young driver – B.A.C. above zero, use plate not authorized for vehicle, driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor, owner operate motor vehicle without insurance, and fail to apply for permit on becoming owner.
