Bromyard ward councillor Pete Stoddart had raised with officers the Herefordshire Council-supported 420A Bromyard-Worcester service, following “a number of complaints from residents regarding is reliability”. The council then confirmed it had spoken to Bromyard-based DRM which operates the service, and was investigating the complaints. RELATED NEWS :“DRM are providing a subsidised public service and they should meet the service level agreements as stated in the contract,” Coun Stoddart said. “We are aware of complaints relating to a specific afternoon journey on the 420A service and these are currently being investigated.” “We apologise to the people of our hometown Bromyard, and we have recently allocated a brand new service bus onto the 420 Bromyard to Hereford service to minimise issues and prove a better service than ever before,” he added.
