The Prince of Wales in Ledbury has been named as a finalist in the Pub of the Year category in the 2026 Visit Herefordshire Tourism Awards, and will go on to compete with five others for the coveted title. The pub, on Church Street, was previously named the best in the county when it scooped a National Pub & Bar Award in 2025. Jonathan Kaye, the landlord, said the team were pleased to have been named as a finalist in the Visit Herefordshire awards once again. I have visited most of the other finalists and so whoever wins will be a good showcase for tourism in Herefordshire." Last year, the Michelin Guide-featured pub, The Bulls Head at Craswall, was crowned Pub of the Year at the Visit Herefordshire awards, which were hosted by TV's Kate Humble.
