During a public engagement session, nearby property owners also expressed reservations over neighbourhood compatibility, garbage storage, groundwater impacts, traffic, and pedestrian safety. Caroline Baker, the planner representing the corporation, noted that no balconies will be built on the south side of the building to respect the privacy of nearby properties.
