Under the grant, Eden Career Institute will provide participants with technical instruction, hands-on training, career-readiness coaching, case management, employer engagement and retention support. Founded by Dr. Bill Winston, Eden Career Institute offers vocational education and workforce training in advanced manufacturing, construction trades and other high-demand industries. Instead, Eden Career Institute will provide wraparound services and other support designed to help students overcome obstacles and complete the training program successfully.
