Aiken County Code Enforcement executed three search warrants at the Wall Street property. The Aiken County Sheriff's Office and Midland Valley Fire Department assisted. Code enforcement had been examining the situation before Friday's intervention. Aiken County Code Enforcement Director Paige Bayne said officials plan to save every adoptable animal taken from the home.
