He leaves behind his wife, Florence Tilley; his son, Gary Tilley; his daughter, Donna Mayfield; four granddaughters, Stacey Bradley, Rikki Haskins, Teri Caster, and Cindi Michael; and ten great-grandchildren. ​Billy will be laid to rest on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop, California. Family was everything to Billy, and living out these moments is the greatest tribute you can pay to his beautiful life.
