The head of state is set to inaugurate the first phase of renovations to Semarang Tawang train station, a cultural heritage building. As a building with cultural heritage status based on Minister of Culture and Tourism Regulation No. PM.57/PW007/MKP/2010, the renovation process involved cultural heritage experts to preserve the building's historical value and in accordance with Law No. Semarang Tawang Station is a large, Class A, Type A station that serves nearly all passenger train services passing through Semarang. President Prabowo's presence at today's inauguration reflects the government's commitment to preserving national cultural heritage while improving the quality of public transportation services.
