TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Homegrown tech company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk posted a net profit of Rp607.48 billion in the first half of 2026, marking a turnaround from a net loss of Rp580.01 billion recorded in the same period last year. The company’s net profit was driven by net revenue of Rp10.99 trillion, which surged 28.45 percent year-on-year (yoy). Additionally, e-commerce service fees contributed Rp550.72 billion, alongside advertising fees of Rp254.45 billion. The company also booked other income totaling Rp1.12 trillion and disbursed loans amounting to Rp2.7 trillion, reflecting a 64.67 percent yoy growth. "We estimate that the contribution from the on-demand services business will decrease, while the fintech business will provide a larger contribution," Hans stated.
