The Minnesota Twins announced Wednesday that they have placed outfielder Byron Buxton on the 10-day injured list with right hip impingement. He left Tuesday’s win over Kansas City early with the injury. Buxton was reinstated from the injured list on July 20 after missing nine games due to a hip injury. To replace Buxton on the 26-man roster, the Twins have recalled infielder Tristan Gray from Triple-A St. Paul. He has hit .263 with 25 home runs, 45 runs batted in, 57 runs scored, and seven stolen bases.
