It’s an argument for growth that pays for itself. South Dade lives in that pattern. Most of what was promised still isn’t built. South Dade residents should not be asked to fund another transit tax before there’s a full public accounting of why the rail expansion originally promised remains unfinished. That’s what’s missing from how South Dade plans today.
