The Bank of Ireland has introduced Speak Easy Cards across its branch network, including in Fermanagh, to support people with communication difficulties. The cards use simple images, colours and phrases to help customers request services such as checking account balances, replacing debit cards or requesting assistance. "Speak Easy Cards provide a simple but effective way for customers to tell us what they need, helping remove barriers and enabling more confident and independent banking. "The introduction of Speak Easy Cards is another step in our wider commitment to accessibility and financial inclusion, ensuring every customer feels understood, supported and able to access the services they need." Speak Easy Cards are available in all branches.
