Planners at Norwich City Council have recommended the plans for two one-bedroom flats at Berners Close in Mile Cross for approval. "I have been associated with Berners Close since 1970 when I moved there with my family. The objector also criticised the council for not having full records of why former bungalows on the site were demolished decades ago. The flats are part of a series of affordable housing schemes put forward by Orwell Housing Association on various Norwich City Council owned sites.
