Work is well under way to build the huge warehouse at Broadland Business Park in Postwick, with almost a dozen construction vehicles seen on site. The large store will be the American wholesaler's first in Norfolk and will have products aimed at business owners in Norwich and operate on a membership-only basis. Paul Landen, from Costco, said: "We are pleased to be starting construction on our first warehouse in East Anglia. The development set for the Broadland Business Park, which is also home to a Premier Inn, Costa Coffee and the Broadland and South Norfolk Council offices, will include a petrol filling station and electric charging points, and is expected to a minimum 160 permanent jobs.
