Zack Garrido, 25, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a Tesla Model 3 struck Paul Leavy on South Beach Parade on August 27, 2024. Mr Leavy, a father-of-two, died at the scene following the crash on the Golden Mile at around 9.45pm. A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and police bailed him until November 8, 2024. Garrido, of Mill Road in Burgh Castle, will next appear at Norwich Crown Court on August 31.
