"The project will secure the Mariners’ building’s long-term future while delivering much-needed jobs during construction, and sustainable homes in the local community once complete. NMA director Paul McShane said: "This project stems from the need to save the A-listed Mariners' Home for posterity. "Public access to the Mariners' grounds will be improved so that the building can be admired up close.
